Tizen OS TVs (J/K/M/N/Q/R/T)

For Samsung Tizen OS TVs, you can install the SIPTV application using an external USB flash drive. To achieve this, download the Tizen Widget zip directory from the official website and extract its contents to the USB drive’s root directory.

Next, insert the USB flash drive into your Samsung TV, and the application will appear automatically in the My Apps section of the TV. Confirm that you have extracted the contents of the zip file to the root directory of the USB drive. You can then remove the USB drive, and the application will still remain on your TV.

To prevent the loss of the application on every TV restart, you can turn off Menu -> Smart Hub -> App Auto Update on J series Tizen TVs. Otherwise, there are no available solutions.

Non-Tizen OS TVs (E/ES/F/H/J4/J52)

If your Samsung TV is not using Tizen OS, you will need to download a different file. Start by downloading the Orsay Widget file to the root directory of your external USB flash drive. Then, plug the USB drive into your TV.

The SIPTV application will appear in the “Samsung Applications” section of your TV once you have completed the installation.

After the application is available on your TV, you can safely remove the USB drive from your TV.
